Packaging and shipping

PACKAGING
Our packaging philosophy is this: as little as possible. Our products do not come in individual boxes and we ship all our orders in strong, recyclable brown boxes. We also use wood wool and eco-friendly 100% biodegradable packing chips made from starch.

SHIPPING
All orders received before 3pm from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), will be despatched on the same day. Orders that are received after 3pm are usually shipped on the next working day.

UNITED KINGDOM
Including Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Guernsey, Jersey, Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man. Please note: Free shipping applies when the order value, net of discounts or promotions, equals £40 or more.

Standard Shipping (2 to 4 working days) is £2.90.
FREE for orders over £40

Express Shipping (1 working day if ordered before 3pm) is £7.00.
£3.50 for orders over £40
